from what josei jishin reported, the realator and someone else involved stated that it's a 2 bedroom house and that for someone so young he's living well, but jun is buying the house because HIS COMPANY LENT HIM THE MONEY. if it's about 9000MAN YEN, i would think by now jun could afford it, but the fact that he has to borrow it from the company?! x: you would think by now johnny would be paying them better than that...
it seems jun is the the one that introduced the mansion to oguri. jun let oguri know that the mansion is nice has good security the rent isn't too stiff.
